Brett Harland is the owner, manager & head butcher of Trinity Beach Quality Meats.

Brett Harland has over 20 years butchery experience, he completed his apprenticeship at Lugarno Quality Meats Sydney a small local butcher shop similar to Trinity Beach Quality Meats. Brett felt he needed to pursue the dream of owning his own shop and passing on his knowledge. Brett took the huge leap 2 years ago purchasing Trinity Beach Quality Meats. Brett says its the best decision he has ever made. Brett's passion for butchery and quality meats shines through in his work and pride for his shop. Brett's has extensive knowledge of meat products, and is the expert at making yummy snags! However Brett can't do it all by himself, Greig Rodgers is currently Brett's right hand man.
