Brett felt he needed to pursue the dream of owning his own shop and passing on his knowledge. Brett took the huge leap 2 years ago purchasing Trinity Beach Quality Meats. Brett says its the best decision he has ever made. Brett's passion for butchery and quality meats shines through in his work and pride for his shop.
